Acceptance
By sending an enquiry, confirming a quote in writing, or attending a handover session, you accept these terms. If a signed confirmation conflicts with this page on scope or fee, the confirmation prevails for that engagement. If you do not accept a term, do not send samples and write to info@parsercanvasbase.digital before work is scheduled.
The practice
Parser Canvas Base provides parser event validation, event taxonomy cleanup, tracking plan reconstruction, and instrumentation handover sessions from Tingkat 1, Jalan Tun Dr Ismail,Seremban,Negeri Sembilan,70200,Malaysia. We do not operate a payment checkout on this website. Rates on /pricing/ are informational until confirmed in writing.
Samples and confidentiality
You warrant that you have the right to share the event export and parser rules you send. You must not include personal identifiers beyond those already present in your product analytics events. We use samples only to perform the named engagement and to keep a working copy until the findings are delivered, after which we delete or return the files as the confirmation states.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your event names, payloads, tracking plans, and product materials. We keep ownership of our methods, specimen formats, and unpublished notes. Upon payment of the fees for that engagement, you receive a licence to use the findings document, rename map, reconstructed plan, and recap inside your organisation. You may not resell those documents as a packaged audit for a third party.
Journal and teaching use
We may later describe a mismatch pattern in the journal without naming the client, the app, or any payload that would identify a person. If you need a stricter silence, say so in the confirmation.
Client obligations
Work depends on a usable export, a source column, and timely answers to intake questions. Delays in providing a split production sample pause the calendar. We are not responsible for instrumentation changes your engineers make after the sampled date range.
Liability
Findings are professional opinions based on the sample and documents you supply. They are not a warranty that a funnel will recover, that a vendor parser will behave identically after a console change, or that historical reports will remain comparable after a cleanup you implement differently from the rename map. Our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow such a limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
No employment
Nothing on this site creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. We do not join your release train unless a separate confirmation says so, which the current offer does not.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from an engagement or from use of parsercanvasbase.digital, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights.
