Eligibility
Refunds concern fees paid for a named engagement confirmed in writing. Informational rates on the rates page are not invoices. A mock enquiry on this website does not take payment and cannot be refunded.
Timeframe
Ask for a refund or cancellation in writing to info@parsercanvasbase.digital as soon as you know the date cannot stand. We aim to acknowledge the request within two working days and to complete an approved refund within fourteen working days of agreement.
Deposits
Work is scheduled after a deposit stated in the confirmation, typically forty percent of the quoted fee for validation, cleanup, or reconstruction, and the full session fee for a handover. The deposit holds calendar time in Seremban. If you cancel more than ten working days before the agreed start (or before the session date), the deposit is returned minus a RM 350 administration amount for the scheduling already done. If you cancel inside ten working days, the deposit is not returned, because that week is rarely filled at short notice.
Full or partial refund after work has started
Once a production sample has been accepted and the validation pass or cleanup mapping has begun, fees for time already spent are not refundable. Unused later stages can be refunded on a pro-rata basis if we agree to stop. A findings document already delivered is paid work, even if you later disagree with a ranking.
Handover sessions, rescheduling, and no-shows
You may reschedule a handover once, with at least five working days’ notice, at no extra session fee. A second move, or notice inside five working days, may be charged RM 600 in addition to the session fee. If nobody from your side joins the booked slot without notice, the session fee is not refunded. A written recap is still sent if we had a findings document to recap; it is not a substitute for the missing conversation.
Materials and work already started
We do not purchase physical goods on your behalf. If we have already spent time on an export you later withdraw, that time is billed. If you sent a sample that we refused (mixed debug and production, or extra identifiers), you are not charged for a pass we did not start; you may be charged a small intake fee only if the confirmation said so.
Non-refundable items
Travel quoted for a handover outside Peninsular Malaysia, once booked. Third-party conferencing costs if you asked for a specific vendor. Administration on late cancellations as set out above.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back by the same method as the original payment where the bank allows it, otherwise by Malaysian bank transfer to the account named on your request. We do not reverse fees onto a card that was never charged through this website.
Exceptions
If we cannot staff the agreed start date for reasons on our side, you may choose a new date or a full refund of sums paid for that engagement, including the deposit. Statutory rights under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded remain available.
