Who it is for
Companies whose original tracking plan was lost, never finished, or last saved before a redesign. Reconstruction starts from what the product sends now, then writes the missing owners and triggers on top — it does not invent events the build does not fire.
What you receive
A written plan: event name, screen or backend trigger, required properties, owner, and whether the event is still in use. Gaps are labelled as gaps. If a conversion exists in a report but not in the sample, that is a finding, not a line we fill in to look complete.
Process
Export review, screen walkthrough with a product owner, draft plan, correction pass, handover of the document. Two to four weeks. From RM 6,200. We work from Seremban; screen walkthroughs are usually online.
