Who it is for
Teams who already have a findings report — ours or an honest internal one — and need engineers and analysts to hear the same version of the first week of fixes. It is a session, not a second audit.
What happens in the room
Half a day, in the Tingkat 1 meeting room or on a call. We walk the rename map, the parser failures that will break the next release if ignored, and the events that should wait. A written recap follows within three working days. RM 2,400 for the session as scoped here; travel outside Peninsular Malaysia is quoted on top.
What we will not do in the session
We will not write production code, approve a vendor contract, or re-run the full validation pass. If the catalogue has moved since the findings document, say so before the date; we may need a short re-sample, billed separately.
